20mm its madness! Help needed

Hi

Please could some knowledgeable Chap (or chappess even) let me know if any company produces the German yellow paint used on its vehicles in the second part of WW2? I have come across a couple of kits that I would like to complete but I  really am feeling lazy! I do not have a spray gun so it would have to be an aerosol....

Thanks in advance-I have had a quick look on the web but I do not know the name of the colour even!

Tonight is beer night....

  1. "Dark Yellow"by Vallejo comes in both a primer and dropper bottles works well for what you want.

  2. No problem. Looking back at my comment I should be clear...the "Primer" is also liquid based and not an aerosol spray. I have used it both brushing on and with an airbrush(thinned for the latter).

Value for money mate. I strongly recommend it, that's what I use. :)

  8. Tamiya Acrylic Dark Yellow XF-60 is the base colour I use as recommeded by quite a few people on the TMP forum. Not sure if it's available in aersol form though. Vallejo is the other one that was recommended.
