Hi Chaps,
The death of my wife and son was covered up-it's official.
http://www.ombudsman.org.uk/reports-and-consultations/reports/health/midwifery-supervision-and-regulation-report-of-a-complaint-from-mr-m/3
This is a bit heavy and non hobby related so do not read it unless you have a similar experience. It is my explanation for so few posts over the last week or so.
Thanks Chaps...I will be back soon, hopefully with painted T-34s and some Victorians!
Can't begin to imagine how the hell it feels to read that. All I can offer is to say when you're ready to blog, your internet friends will be here waiting for you. S.
ReplyDeleteI had followed your story since your post at the start of the year. I can never know the pain and loss you have suffered but if we bloggers can distract you for the odd 30 min or so as you enjoy our posts that for me is a huge thing
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing some batreps from you soon
Peace James
Wow, words cannot come to mind right now. One day at a time my friend.
ReplyDeleteThanks Chaps. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteNasty. But anytime you need a break from hard reality we're here for you.
ReplyDeleteAs has been said, there are no adequate words to respond. But I hope there is some comfort in the decision that has been published, upholding your complaint. And i hope there is some comfort in your hobby. Keep on blogging.
ReplyDeleteThank you all.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry. I lost my sister to cancer and now my Dad has been diagnosed. I found that my friends in the wargaming community have been a fantastic source of support and I honestly think we are a special breed with massive hearts who will help wherever they can. Take care and if you need us we are always here.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear of your loss Cardo...I wish you and your family luck. And you are right, wargamers seem to be very caring people.
